Ingredients: 1,3-Butylene Glycol
Butylene Glycol is a widely used humectant and Solubiliser for the food and cosmetics industry. It has a low toxicity and is often used to solubilise herbal extracts and other active ingredients. In addition, it's low odour and high purity make it an excellent solvent for aroma ingredients in perfumery.
Soluble in water and can be used at concentrations from 1-50% depending on application. In skincare, typical usage would be 2-10%.
