Exo-P is a natural active that chelates heavy metals, limits free radical activity and protects skin and hair from UV and pollutants

Harnessing the power of marine bacteria, this exciting ingredient originates from microorganism ecosystems (called Kopara) native to the French Oceania region of the South Pacific. After extracting the protective compounds produced by the Kopara, Exo-P is further purified and engineered to act as a shield to offer multi-protection from our environment to prevent and reduce pollution-induced damage.

This ingredient has been found to:

Reduce particulate matter adhesion to the skin by 45%.
Chelate (neutralise) heavy metals.
Fight free-radical activity by decreasing lipid peroxidation by 28%.
Purify asphyxiated and devitalised skin.

Recommended for all skin types.

Usage Levels: 1% - 3%

pH stability: 4 – 8.

Formulation Guidelines: Add this ingredient to a finished emulsion (less than 40°C). Soluble in water. We recommend avoiding association with amines (amino-acids, peptides and proteins)
