Ingredients: Ferulic Acid
Ferulic acid is a powerful antioxidant with the capacity to help protect the skin from UV damage, in a more powerful way that other antioxidants. This ingredient is commonly found in a range of plant materials including; bamboo shoots, rice, wheat, oats, pineapple and grasses. Commercially, it is most often made via a synthetic process rather than extracted directly from plants.
Our Ferulic Acid is synthetically made but is palm and GMO free.
Solubility: Soluble in hot water or with ethanol.
Heat Stability: Best to add in when the product is cool.
Function in formula: Antioxidant, skin protection, anti-inflammatory.
