Saccharomyces Cerevisiae is commonly known as bakers yeast. Yeast is a well known source of Beta Glucan which is used topically to help keep the skin in good condition, including barrier repair and protection.
This is also a source of insoluble fibre which gives it the function of a pre-biotic.
Heat Tolerance: Excellent.
Solubility: Water.
Use level: 0.1-0.5%
